Abstract
Project Aim: 100% of patients who go Absent Without Leave (AWOL) on Hearsall Ward, Caludon Centre, to have the post AWOL process completed correctly and fully.
The previous focus of AWOL work has been around reducing AWOLs without exploring the risk management aspect of the issue. This project looks to understand the reasons for AWOL and enhance the risk management process.
