Abstract
The article discusses a 2018 review on the mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) intervention for depression, anxiety, and stress symptoms. Analyses shows that mindfulness can be implemented as a self-help therapy, although further research is needed on its comprehensibility and the impact of individual differences on its efficacy. The article also notes that clear reporting in future research could identify important sources of conditionality.
