Abstract
Comments on the article by R. Bayney and G. Ikkos (see record 2002-13383-004) which described the Police Case Disposal Scheme. The author states that Bayney and Ikkos provide a helpful outline of the elements of the police decision-making process with respect to referrals of those with mental disorders.
