Abstract
Introduction: The Arnold Lodge Admissions Cohort: Reconviction and Intervening Treatment (ALACRITy) study examined the outcomes of a cohort of 909 first admissions to Arnold Lodge Medium Secure Unit (MSU) between July 1983 and June 2013. Arnold Lodge is a Medium Secure Psychiatric Hospital in Leicester, United Kingdom. It provides care for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorder.
