Conceptual framework for wellbeing in psychosis

Slade, Mike
Abstract
In this chapter, we describe two interlinked studies which together provide a defensible empirical foundation for wellbeing research in psychosis. Both studies were funded by Guy's & St Thomas' Charity, and fuller reports of both studies have been published. The first study was a systematic review to develop a conceptual understanding of wellbeing. The second study used a qualitative design to develop a framework for characterizing how wellbeing changes in people experiencing psychosis.
