Abstract
Comments on the article by M. Dennis and A. Boyle (see record 2000-03461-004) concerning management of cognitive impairment of vascular origin. The author argues that in clinical practice the health personnel should be considering the use of low-dose aspirin in combination with dipyridamole in treatment of cognitive impairment from vascular origin.
