Cedars community: Using a therapeutic community approach in a high security hospital
Abstract
This paper describes the establishment and first year of a therapeutic community (TC) for patients with treatment resistant psychosis at a high security psychiatric hospital. We outline the contributions of different members of the multi-disciplinary team, the ward programme and look at the outcomes after the first year. © The Authors.
